Pick and Pack is when you send us boxes of loose items, and as orders enter our system, we "pick and pack" all the items into our own boxes, and ship them on your behalf. Stock cartons and packaging materials are included at no extra cost.

One tracking number per order

Pick and Pack is when you send us boxes of loose items, and as orders enter our system, we “pick and pack” all the items into our own boxes, and ship them on your behalf. Basic packaging is included at no cost.

Limitations

Entire order must fit in stock packaging.

If an order is too big for one stock box, then the order will be split across multiple stock boxes. Each additional box will have an additional shipped fee.

Inside packaging is included at no additional charge, but may vary based on availability.

Free packaging

Our free packaging includes all of the materials necessary to ensure we can accommodate most standard-sized products. However, in the event that your product does not fit in our free packaging or where it can be more cost-effectively sent using other package types, Shipwire will pull from a wider assortment of custom boxes to find the best possible fit. Your order quote will automatically include any packaging charges, and you will also see packaging charge breakdowns on a per order basis. Please contact your Shipwire Sales Representative if you have any additional questions.

One tracking number per item

Shipwire Lick ‘n Stick® service is when you send us pre-sealed boxes, and as orders enter our system, we simply print, peel-off and attach (aka “lick ‘n stick”) a shipping label to the boxes, and ship them on your behalf.

Limitations:

Each item must be received in a shippable mailer or box

Box or shippable mailer must fit a standard shipping label. A shipping label is 8.5″ x 5.5″, or roughly a piece of printer paper folded in half.

Each item will be shipped individually, in the sealed mailer or box in which it was received

Each item has a size limitation of 4′ x 4′ x 4′ (1 pallet)

We manage your orders across multiple warehouses

As each of your orders comes into our system, we will determine the time and cost of shipping that specific order from our Los Angeles, Chicago, Vancouver and Toronto facilities. The order will then automatically be fulfilled from the optimal facility.

You get 1-2 day delivery across North America, at ground rates

With multiple warehouses to choose from, and inventory being held to a minimum, it is critical that you can properly manage your orders. That’’s why Shipwire gives you lots of options. Examples:

Submit orders to the warehouse in real-time, for fastest service. Or once a day in batch, leaving you time to correct order errors (such as order corrections).

Manage backorders, by canceling portions of the order so it ships faster, or canceling the entire order and shipping it from your own facility.

Break orders between multiple warehouses.

Let Shipwire do everything for you, and prompt you only when needed.
