Job Description:
We are looking for a customer relationship professional to evoke confidence in Shipwire, and remove all technical objections in the pre- and post-sales cycle. This position will be expected to:

  • Help merchants connect their online store to Shipwire
  • Assist merchants with establishing and setting up their Shipwire account
  • Verify and submit bugs to engineering
  • Work closely with operations to diagnose and resolve inventory issues

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5+ years experience using online services, such as eBay, PayPal, shopping carts, Google AdWords and/or Facebook.
  • Fearless ability to dig into a problem and figure out solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of an online store.
  • Communication and relationship skills suitable to inside sales and support.
  • Proficient with Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience with XML and PHP a big plus.
