Miva Merchant has been a leader in ecommerce shopping cart software for many years. Shipwire and Miva Merchant are proud to release a Miva Merchant module that enable Shipwire Order Fulfillment services to directly connect with Miva Merchant 5.5.

To get the module just log into your Shipwire account, add “Miva Merchant” sell tool and you will be given access to the download and the instructions. Please let Shipwire know that you are installing and using the module so that we can properly support you during setup.
Integration Instructions:
Follow these instructions to add Shipwire warehouse and order fulfillment module to your Miva Merchant store:

Start by logging into your Shipwire account. If you don’t have a Shipwire account please start by setting up a Free Trial account.

Add the Miva Merchant sell tool to your Shipwire account to get the Miva Merchant module. Go to the “Sell” menu in your Shipwire account and add Miva Merchant as a “Sell Tool”. Once you have added the Sell Tool, click on Miva Merchant in the left Navigation Menu.

Click on the Download module link. This will download the Miva Merchant installation module for your local hard drive. The next steps detail how to install the Shipwire Module in your Miva Merchant Dashboard.

Uncompress the .zip file on your local hard drive. Be sure to remember where you saved this file because you will need to upload it within the Miva Merchant application.

Next, login to your Miva Merchant Dashboard and expand the “Global Settings” option in the left navigation bar. Then click on the [Add] button next to the Modules selection.

Click on the Upload button, and locate the file you downloaded earlier.

Choose the shipwire.mvc file and click upload. Next hit Add to complete the upload.

Now you must activate the Module in the Utilities menu. Select Utlities in the left navigation menu and click the checkbox next to the Shipwire Integration option, then hit Update. Once the module is activated, several new tabs will show up in many of your menus. These tabs will be called Shipwire and allow you to adjust and modify your settings.

Once you have activated the Module, click on the Shipwire tab and enter your Shipwire login information (Note: you must have a Shipwire account to proceed any further. Sign up here)

The last step for getting started is to enable Shipwire in the Order Fulfillment Settings. Click on this menu option in the left navigation bar. Next, check the Shipwire Integration checkbox and hit update. Once you have done this, a new tab will be available where you can update your order and shipping information.
Update Inventory and Shipping information
This completes the installation. You can now set up your Product SKU in Miva Merchant. These need match exactly the SKUs in your Shipwire account. To do this, edit the products you have shipped to Shipwire, and select the Shipwire SKU tab. This is where you need to enter the SKU you have provided the Shipwire warehouses with.
Create a test order on Miva Merchant. Upon checkout the order should be in your Shipwire account.
