Update to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)


Shipwire updated our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to reflect a few policy changes and to simplify the layout to be easier to read and understand.

Major changes are to products that move from prohibited to “need review and sign-off”. We’ve done this to try and make it more obvious when a client should ask for a product review. We’ve also put forth new definitions for when items should be considered fragile.

Shipwire understands that each business is unique. Thus, please use the Acceptable Use Policy as a guide; we welcome questions if you are unsure about what products are acceptable.
