There really is power in positive thinking. But how do you go from good intentions to beneficial routine? Two Toronto entrepreneurs have produced a $23 book they believe can change your life. They call it The Five-Minute Journal, “the journal for people who don’t write journals.” I think of it as the book you write yourself.
