What if I need higher amounts of items, space or SKUs then these plans provide?

No problem, you can Customize any plan to suite your needs exactly.

What happens if I ship more items than are included in my plan?

Shipwire will simply charge you for the handling incurred on any items over plan, similar to how Shipping charges are incurred. All Shipwire plans specify an a-la-carte handling fee, applicable on any item sent when you are over your plan limit. This rate will be determined by your specific plan selection. It starts at $3.50 for the smallest plans, and decreases in price for larger plans. You can review your plan’s additional item rate by going to My Account -> Account Setup -> Shipping Your Goods.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, Shipwire allows you to upgrade your plan at any time. All plan upgrades will take place immediately and your account will be billed appropriately. All plan downgrades will be scheduled and become active at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Upgrades can be reverted within twenty-four hours from submission. Downgrades can be reverted anytime before your next scheduled billing date.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay your account with PayPal, by credit card using Visa or MasterCard, or transfering money directly from your bank account.

Where are your warehouses located?

We currently have warehouses in Chicago USA, Los Angeles USA, Nevada USA, Vancouver Canada, Toronto Canada, and UK. Check back often as we are aggressively adding warehouses to our global network.
