You can have Shipwire handle fulfillment for your eBay auctions by completing in two ways:

(1) You can integrate Shipwire directly to your eBay account.

(2) You can integrate Shipwire to your eBay listings via PayPal.

Instructions for both are below.

1. eBay Selling Manager Integration

A. Install the eBay “sell tool”.

• Log into your Shipwire account
• Click on “Sell” in the Left menu
• Add “eBay” sell tool
• Select the “eBay” sell tool once it appears in the left menu under “Sell”.
  

B. Connect your eBay account to your Shipwire account

• Select “Connect to eBay”.
• This will ask you to log into your eBay account and grant the Shipwire application access to your eBay account to be notified or orders.
• Select “I agree” once you have logged in. After which you will be returned to your Shipwire Account.
  

C. Configure relevant eBay listings

• Your eBay Transaction Record needs to have the Shipwire SKU so we know what to ship.
• Add the below line to the HTML of your eBay listing.

  Note: Replace <sku> with an actual SKU in your Shipwire account. For example: <!– SWSKU:MD583L –>

D.   Enable Features

• Check “Automatic Order Fulfillment” to tell Shipwire to start polling the eBay servers for new orders. We will query eBay hourly looking for new transaction records. Shipwire order fulfillment for eBay orders uses the eBay Transaction Record to get the order details.
• Check “Automatic Tracking Status Update” if you want Shipwire to push shipment tracking information synchronized with your eBay account for buyer messaging. Once your order ships we will automatically push tracking information into Ebay and update the order status to “Shipped”.
• IMPORTANT: Only orders that are “paid” for will be imported.  If payment is received in some other way outside of eBay then you will need to manually mark the order  as Paid status.

2. eBay via PayPal

A. Install the “eBay via PayPal” sell tool.

• Log into your Shipwire account
• Click on “Sell” in the Left menu
• Add “eBay via PayPal” sell tool
• Select the “eBay via Paypal” sell tool once it appears in the left menu under “Sell”.
  

B. From eBay: Setup the Auction or Fixed Price Listing

• Setup the listing normally
• Select PayPal as the only payment method you will accept.
• Add the following line to the HTML of your listing:

Note: Replace <sku> with an actual SKU in your Shipwire account.

For example: <!– SWSKU:MD583L –>

C. From PayPal: Configure Your PayPal Account

• Click here, to configure your PayPal buy-now buttons/account to send orders to Shipwire.
• Click here, to configure you PayPal IPN to send orders to Shipwire.

We then recommend you conduct a test auction from eBay. Then sign into your Shipwire account and confirm the order information looks correct.
