Order Entry integration – Orders are submitted to Shipwire from your store automatically via our Order Entry API, so when your online store gets an order it is transmitted automatically and Shipwire does the rest.
Order Tracking integration – Pull order confirmation and tracking information related to shipments, including partial fulfillments.
Shipping Rate integration – Obtain real-time shipping rates at any time during check-out. Based on the most cost-effective combination of warehouse, packaging, and carrier available.
Inventory Status integration – Inventory is updated in WooCommerce in real-time, making use of Shipwire stock webhooks. Inventory can also be updated on a regularly scheduled basis as a backup to the webhook method. See plugin documentation for more.
Status notifications – Receive email notifications if an order fails to export or encounters an issue that prevents it from being fulfilled.

Q.Why are we not receiving tracking numbers in WooCommerce for orders that have been shipped by Shipwire?
A.There is a bug that was resolved in version 2.3.5 of the WooCommerce Shipwire extension. If you are using an older version, please update immediately to resolve this issue. Please follow WooCommerce’s update documentation.
Q.Why are rates incorrect on the cart page sometimes?
A.When customers estimate shipping on the cart page, only the postal code is required. This can, on rare occasions, lead to inaccurate rates, as the actual rates are re-calculated at checkout once a full address is provided. For example, if the customer enters a commercial address on the checkout page, methods like “FedEx Home Delivery” will no longer be available. Similarly, if a PO Box is given on the checkout page, UPS and FedEx shipping options will no longer be available. You may disable the shipping calculator under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options if this becomes an issue. Uncheck “Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page” and check “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”.
Q.How can I set the module to not show estimated delivery dates at checkout?
A.Under Settings -> Shipping, uncheck “Show Delivery Estimates”.
Q.Why are some shipping methods I would like my customers to see at checkout missing?
A.The most common issue is that the WooCommerce Shipwire extension is by default set up to not show shipping methods to customers that are not trackable or do not have delivery confirmation. If the method you were hoping they would see falls into one of those categories, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipwire, and uncheck both “Require delivery confirmation” and “Require tracking”.
Q.Why do UPS and FedEx Ground rarely show in the real-time rates at checkout when I have USPS enabled?
A.The way the WooCommerce Shipwire extension presently works is that they show the least cost Ground, 2 day, and 1 day options at checkout. USPS rates are most likely to show because they are often the lowest cost across USPS, FedEx and UPS for a particular set of products and shipping address. If you would like UPS or FedEx Ground to show in addition to USPS first-class options (which we consider a Ground method), then you will need to reach out to WooCommerce/SkyVerge to request them to add a feature to their extension allowing this.
Q.I am having an issue, and I would like to try troubleshooting it myself. Where should I start?
A.Enable debug mode on WooCommerce > Shipwire > General Settings and try to reproduce the issue. Review the log file at: WooCommerce > System Status > Logs within shipwire.log. The most common issue is not entering your Shipwire API details correctly, which would lead to a 401 Unauthorized error. To solve this, create a new Shipwire API user and put those credentials into the Shipwire extension at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipwire and then click “Save Settings”.
Q.I am having another issue, what should I do?
A.SkyVerge, the developer of the Shipwire integration, is actively providing bug fixes and updates. Please find your integration version number and view the changelog on the integration page to see what issues have been fixed since your version was released. You may find your issue listed and resolved by a newer version. If so, then upgrading to the latest version of the integration should solve your issue. If you are already running the latest version, please:
1) Enable debug mode on WooCommerce > Shipwire > General Settings and try to reproduce the issue
2) Submit the information found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs within the shipwire.log along with details on what is not working by logging in to your WooCommerce account and submitting a ticket
