Shipwire’s connection with PrestaShop features all the great benefits of Shipwire’s logistics and order fulfillment technology. The following features all work seamlessly with PrestaShop:

  • Real-Time Order Fulfillment: when a customer places an order, the order is fulfilled immediately based on your custom settings
  • Real-Time Inventory: Shipwire provides you with real time inventory checking so you will know when you are getting low with some of your products
  • Real-Time Shipping Tracking: once a purchase has been made, your customer can get real time tracking and know exactly when their package will arrive.

NOTE: Since Shopp uses the Shipwire API for all of its connection needs, there is no need to configure anything on the Shipwire side.

To get the module just log into your PrestaShop account, and follow these easy instructions.

Integration Instructions:

Follow these instructions to add Shipwire warehouse and order fulfillment module to your PrestaShop store:

  1. Start by creating your Shipwire account. Once you have your account, you will need to remember your login email address and password to connect the PrestaShop and Shipwire module. Get your Free Trial account started.

  2. Next, login to your PrestaShop account and access the “Partners – Free Modules” page. Once there, find and download the Shipwire module.

  1. Click on the Download module link. This will download the PrestaShop installation module for your local hard drive. The next steps detail how to install the Shipwire Module in your PrestaShop Dashboard.

  1. Go back to your back-office, click “Add a module from my computer” to upload the zip file on your server.

  1. Look for Shipwire in your module list and click on “install”.

  1. Now click on “configure”

  1. You can now configure the custom settings: first, enter your Shipwire account login, click “Save” and then “Test the connection”.

Now, define when an order must be transferred to Shipwire for processing and shipment.
To finish, assign a carrier to each shipping method you want to offer your customers and then hit save.
